Terms of Service

Welcome to WanderSoul. By engaging with our curated travel services, you agree to the following terms designed to protect both your journey and our commitment to excellence.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified booking amount and a formal confirmation from our operations team. We reserve the right to adjust prices before confirmation based on dynamic factors like airline fuel surcharges or currency fluctuations.

2. Payments & EMI

• Full payment must be cleared 21 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
• EMI options are provided via third-party financial partners. Approval is subject to their terms and credit assessment.
• Failure to complete payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ Days before travel: Full refund minus service fees and non-refundable airline/hotel deposits.
• 15-30 Days before travel: 50% of the total package value is retained.
• 0-15 Days before travel: 100% of the package value is retained (No Refund).

4. Travel Documentation

While we provide end-to-end visa assistance, the ultimate approval or rejection of a visa lies with the respective embassy. WanderSoul is not liable for financial losses arising from visa rejections or delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

WanderSoul acts as an agent between you and travel service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Transporters). We are not liable for delays, accidents, or natural disasters that occur during the trip, though we will provide maximum assistance to resolve any issues.

6. Code of Conduct

We curate experiences for those who respect local cultures and environments. We reserve the right to terminate the journey of any traveler whose behavior is deemed harmful to the group or the local community.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
